Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Further to its news release dated May 11, 2017, Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. (TSX-V: BAY) (“Aston Bay” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that a portion of its $2 million private placement (the “Offering”) as described is being offered on a non-brokered basis.
The Company anticipates that certain insiders may participate in the Offering. All of the securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of closing of the Offering.
