Vancouver, June 27, 2017 - BHK Mining Corp. (TSX-V: BHK) ("BHK Mining" or "The Company"), is pleased to announce that the five director nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated May 23, 2017 were elected at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company held on June 27, 2017.The Company is pleased to welcome Mr. Nick Stamedes as a director of the Company. Nick Stamedes has been the Vice President Development of BHK Mining since April 2017. He is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years' experience and has skills in mine management, feasibility studies, pit optimisation, mine development and mine planning. He has worked at 4 mining operations during their construction phase in Australia, Papua New Guinea and in Indonesia. He has experience in senior management and director roles in both owner mining and contractor scenarios.
The shareholders also re-appointed MNP LLP as the Company's auditor for the ensuing year.
