Roxgold Announces Voting Results of Annual and Special Meeting
TORONTO, June 28, 2017 /CNW/ - Roxgold Inc. ("Roxgold" or the "Company") (TSX: ROXG) (OTC: ROGFF) is pleased to announce the voting results of its Annual and Special Meeting ("the Meeting") held on June 28, 2017 in Toronto. Shareholders voted to re-elect all the Company's eight members of the Board of Directors ("The Board"), with 72.31% of shares outstanding represented at the meeting.
