Golden Peak obtains DTC Eligibility in the U.S. and now trades on the OTC PINKS Market under the Symbol GPKMF

(TSX-V: GP; OTC PINKS: GPKMF) ("Golden Peak" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has secured Depository Trust Company (DTC) eligibility for its common shares listed on the OTC PINKS Market. Securities that are eligible to be electronically cleared and settled through the DTC are considered "DTC eligible". This electronic method of clearing securities speeds up the receipt of stock and cash, and thus accelerates the settlement process for investors.
