LeadFX Announces Results of Vote for Election of Directors

TORONTO, June 29, 2017 /CNW/ - LeadFX Inc. (the "Company" or "LeadFX") (TSX: LFX) reports that at its Annual Meeting of shareholders held on June 28, 2017 there were 82 shareholders voting in person and by proxy holding 34,816,946 common shares being 91.02% of the total number of LeadFX issued and outstanding common shares.

Each of the directors listed as nominees in the management information circular dated May 24, 2017 were elected directors of the Company until the next Annual Meeting.

The results of the vote for the election of directors are as follows:
