Falcon Gold Corp. Updates Private Placement
Vancouver, July 6, 2017 - Falcon Gold Corp. (TSXV: FG) ("Falcon" or the "Company") announces that further to its news release of March 20, 2017, it is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement for up to $600,000 priced at $.05/Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one 2-year common share purchase warrant exercisable at $.08. Closing will be subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and any shares issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
