Canada Carbon Receives Favourable Decision from CPTAQ to Continue Review of Application
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Canada Carbon Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-V:CCB), (FF:U7N1) announces that Québec’s Agricultural Board (the Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Québec or “CPTAQ”) reversed its decision to suspend its review of the Company’s CPTAQ application. Further to a request for review filed on July 6th, 2017 by the Company’s external legal counsel, McCarthy Tétrault LLP, the CPTAQ decided on July 10th, 2017 to resume its review of the Company’s application and is expected to issue preliminary comments on this application as soon as possible (“dans les meilleurs délais”).
Canada Carbon Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. R.
