White Pine Resources Inc. Announces Strategic Acquisition of Alberta Based Micro-Distillery

Toronto, July 26, 2017 - White Pine Resources Inc. (the "Company") announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Secret Barrel Distillery Corporation ("Secret Barrel") from J Adam MacDonald in consideration of 2 million common shares of the Company and a working capital advance to Secret Barrel of $175,000.Secret Barrel is a small batch rum distillery which produces, markets and distributes premium craft rum in Alberta and other parts of Canada. It operates from its headquarters in Calgary, Alberta.
White Pine Resources Inc. intends to help Secret Barrel grow its business by making additional working capital available through its access to the public markets.
This transaction is anticipated to close on or about August 15, 2017.
