Hudson Resources Announces US$9.5 Million Drawdown From Recent Debt Financing for the White Mountain Project
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hudson Resources Inc. (the “Company”) – (TSX:HUD) (OTC:HUDRF) is pleased to announce that further to its recent news release dated July 17, 2017, Hudson Greenland A/S has satisfied all the conditions of its loan financings and has drawn down the Subordinated loan for US$9.5 million. The $US13.0 million Senior Loan will be drawn down over time, as required.
