Algold Resources Ltd. Grants Options to Officer
Montreal, August 10, 2017 - Algold Resources Ltd. (ALG: TSXV - the "Corporation") announces that, as part of its compensation program, the Corporation has granted 2,500,000 Options to an officer at a price of $0.20 each. These options vested immediately, and have an exercise period of 10 years. Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
