Eloro Resources Limited: Completes Financing
Each Unit consists of one Common Share and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Common Share at a price of $1.00 per share for a term of 24 months, expiring August 16, 2019.
In connection with the Private Placement, one arm’s length finder received as compensation a 3.5% cash commission aggregating $612.50.
The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for working capital purposes. The Private Placement is subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement are subject to the applicable statutory four month hold period.
