Vancouver, August 25, 2017 - A.I.S Resources Limited (TSX - NEX: AIS.H) (the "Company" or "AIS") is pleased to announce that effective August 22, 2017 it has granted 175,000 stock options to director of the Company pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan. The options have an exercise price of $0.20 per share and an expiry date of August 25, 2022.The Company has also amended the exercise price of 260,000 options expiring February 14, 2022 held by certain consultants from $0.68 to $0.20 and 100,000 options expiring May 20, 2019 held a consultant from $0.60 to $0.20.
