Colonial Coal Nominates Gregory A. Waller for Director
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug 29, 2017) - Colonial Coal International Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CAD) (the "Corporation" or "Colonial Coal") is pleased to announce that Gregory A. Waller has consented to putting his name forward, with the support our entire Board of Directors, for nomination for election as a director of Colonial Coal at the Corporation's upcoming annual general meeting materials to be held on September 13, 2017.
Mr. Waller has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry as a senior executive in the areas of investor relations, business and corporate development, marketing and finance.
Currently, Mr. Waller is Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Strategic Analysis, for Teck Resources Ltd.. He has been a key member of the senior management team at Teck and involved with numerous acquisitions, financings and other strategic initiatives. Mr. Waller holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and a B. Comm. from the University of British Columbia.
