Blackham Resources Ltd: Entitlement Offer Despatched
Perth - Blackham Resources Ltd. (ASX:BLK) (OTCMKTS:BKHRF) advises that in accordance with the timetable for the recently announced pro-rata renounceable entitlement issue, the Company has despatched the Entitlement Offer prospectus together with an Entitlement and Acceptance Form to Eligible Shareholders.Under the entitlement issue, Eligible Shareholders will be entitled to subscribe for two (2) New Shares for every seven (7) shares held on the Record Date for an issue price of $0.12 per New Share.
