VANCOUVER, Jan. 29, 2018 - Rusoro Mining Ltd. (the "Company" or "Rusoro") (Trading symbol (TSX-V): RML) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 4,725,000 stock options under the Company's stock option plan to insiders, employees and consultants of the Company with an exercise price of $0.08 per stock option, exercisable for a period of ten years from the date of grant, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD
