Calibre Mining Announces Approved Warrant Extension
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Calibre Mining Corp. (TSX-V:CXB) (the “Company” or “Calibre”) announces that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the extension of the expiry date of 26,600,000 common share purchase warrants issued on April 21, 2016 (the “Warrants”). The TSX Venture has approved the Company’s request to extend the expiry date of the Warrants from April 21, 2018 to April 21, 2019. The Warrants were issued as part of a private placement transaction and are exercisable at $0.16. All other terms of the Warrants will remain the same.
