The Issuer is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Issuer’s principal exploration target is the exploration of gold in the Northwest Territories, where the Issuer currently holds an option to earn an 80% interest the Mon Gold Property, located 45 kilometres north of Yellowknife, consisting of 11 mining leases and 2 mineral claims.
The Mon Gold Property is located on the Yellowknife Greenstone Belt, and includes a quartz shear/vein deposit which operated as an underground mine from 1989 - 1997 until closure due to low gold prices, and other prospective areas on the property.
