The independent report, dated April 18, 2018 (effective date December 31, 2017), entitled "TECHNICAL REPORT ON THE MERCEDES GOLD-SILVER MINE, SONORA STATE, MEXICO" was completed by Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. ("RPA") and provides detail to the disclosure contained in the Company's news release issued on March 26, 2018. Qualified persons for the report include Kathleen Ann Altman (Ph.D., P.E.), Grant A.
