INV Metals Inc. Announces Election of Directors
TORONTO, June 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- INV Metals Inc. ("INV Metals" or "Company") (TSX:INV) is pleased to announce that the nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated April 27, 2018 (the "Circular") for the 2018 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") were elected as directors of INV Metals. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Meeting earlier today are set out below:
