Currie Rose Resources Inc. Announces Private Placement Financing
Toronto, June 28, 2018 - Currie Rose Resources Inc. (TSXV: CUI) ("Currie Rose" or the "Company") announces an offering of units at a price of C$0.05 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share ("Common Share") and one half-share purchase warrant ("Warrant") (each a "Unit). Under the Unit offering, the Company will issue a total of up to 10,000,000 Common Shares and 5,000,000 Warrants for gross proceeds of C$500,000 on a non-brokered basis. The securities are subject to hold periods in accordance with requisite securities laws. The exercise price of the warrants will be C$0.10 per warrant, with an expiry date of October 17, 2020. The Company anticipates a closing date of 31 July 2018. Proceeds from this offering will be used for work on the Company's Rossland asset and general working capital.
