VANCOUVER, Aug. 14, 2018 - Pretium Resources Inc. (TSX/NYSE:PVG) (“Pretivm” or the “Company”) announces that Dr. Nicole Adshead-Bell has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Pretivm, effective August 13, 2018.
