MONTREAL, Aug. 29, 2018 - (TSXV: AEL.H) Exploration Amseco Ltd (“Amseco”) is pleased to announce that as of August 31th, 2018, the company's issued and outstanding common shares will be consolidated on the basis of 20 pre-consolidation common shares for one post-consolidation common share.
All formalities required with the regulatory authorities regarding this share consolidation have been fulfilled.
