Klondike Silver Closes First Tranche of Private Placement
Vancouver, September 7, 2018 - Klondike Silver Corp. (the "Company") (TSX.V: KS) On August 21 the Company announced intentions to raise $1,750,000 via a non-brokered private placement. Klondike Silver is pleased to announce that it has closed the first tranche of the private placement representing 16,800,000 units for gross proceeds of $840,000. Completion of the Private Placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The net proceeds will be used for advancing properties and for general working capital.
