WestKam Announces Cancellation of Stock Options
VANCOUVER, Dec. 12, 2018 - WestKam Gold Corp. (TSX-V: WKG) (the “Company” or “WestKam”) announces that the Company and certain insiders and consultants (the “Optionees”) of the Company have agreed to cancel an aggregate of 3,050,000 stock options held by optionees. In addition to the cancelled options, 21,200,000 stock options have expired.
Under the Company’s rolling 10% stock option plan (the “Plan”), the Company may grant up to an aggregate 25,904,469 stock options, the Company will have no stock options outstanding under the Plan.
