Intercontinental Gold and Metals Ltd. Announces Option Grant
Toronto, February 11, 2019 - Intercontinental Gold and Metals Ltd. (TSXV: ICAU) (the "Company") a gold and metals trading company announces that it has granted an aggregate of 400,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company exercisable at a price of $0.13 per common share for periods ranging from 2 to 5 years, to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The common shares issuable upon exercise of the options are subject to a four month hold period from the original date of grant.
