TMAC Resources Announces Appointment of Director, Investor Relations and Strategic Development
TMAC Resources Inc. (TSX: TMR) (“TMAC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Wilkinson as Director, Investor Relations and Strategic Development effective March 11, 2019. Ms. Wilkinson will report directly to Jason Neal, the Company’s President & Chief Executive Officer, and will be based in Toronto.

In her finance role with a senior mining company she had responsibility for capital discipline. In her role in capital markets she worked as a Research Associate. She is both an engineer and an MBA. Her experience and education are a great fit for a growing company seeking to expand our shareholder base and evaluate our organic and external growth strategies.”
Ms. Wilkinson is an analytical mining finance professional and brings over 10 years of experience in the mining sector, both corporately and in capital markets. For the past seven years Ms. Wilkinson was with Kinross Gold Corp. in their Finance team with a focus on capital management for all growth and sustaining projects across the global portfolio of mines. Prior to Kinross, she spent over three years in the Capital Markets at both RBC and Scotiabank in Equity Research covering the Mining & Metals and Fertilizer sectors. Prior to the Capital Markets, she spent five years in the oil & gas sector at Suncor and Imperial Oil. Ms. Wilkinson has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chemical Engineering) from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She also holds a Professional Engineer designation in Ontario.
