Fremont to Extend Warrants

Vancouver, June 13, 2019 - Fremont Gold Ltd. (TSXV: FRE) (FSE: FR2) (OTC Pink: USTDF) ("Fremont" or the "Company") proposes to amend the terms of 5,128,566 share purchase warrants, issued pursuant to a private placement in June 2017 (see the Company's news release dated July 5, 2017). Fremont proposes to extend the expiry date of 5,023,566 share purchase warrants from June 29, 2019, to June 29, 2020, and the remaining 105,000 share purchase warrants from June 30, 2019, to June 30, 2020. All other terms of the share purchase warrants, including the $0.25 exercise price, remain unchanged. Amendment of the warrant terms is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
