Cordoba Announces Voting Results from Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
Vancouver, June 28, 2019 - Cordoba Minerals Corp. (TSXV: CDB) (OTCQB: CDBMF) ("Cordoba" or the "Company") today announces that at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 28, 2019, all Directors nominated as listed in the Management Information Circular dated May 15, 2019 were elected. Shareholders voted to set the number of Directors at four (4) for the ensuing year.

Shareholders have also confirmed the existing stock option plan of the Company, as more particularly described in the Management Information Circular of the Company dated May 15, 2019.
