Columbus Announces $1 Million Private Placement
VANCOUVER, Aug. 08, 2019 - Columbus Gold Corp. (CGT: TSX, CGTFF: OTCQX) (“Columbus”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to CDN$1 million.
The private placement* will be for up to 6,250,000 units at a price of $0.16 per unit. Each unit will be comprised of one common share of Columbus, and a half warrant. Each full warrant will entitle the holder, on exercise, to purchase one common share of Columbus at a price of $0.32, for a period of 18 months from the closing date of the private placement. Finders fees will be paid in connection with a portion of the private placement in accordance with the policies of the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"). Columbus intends to use the proceeds of the private placement for exploration and general working capital purposes. The private placement is subject to approval by the TSX.
