Resignation of Director Withdrawal of AGM Resolution
MELBOURNE, Oct. 30, 2019 - Clean TeQ Holdings Ltd. (ASX/TSX:CLQ; OTCQX:CTEQF) (the Company) advises that Mr. Shawn Wang has resigned as a director of the Company as he is no longer employed at Pengxin International Mining Co. Ltd as Head of Business Development and Investment.
The remaining directors wish to thank Mr. Shawn Wang for his appointment since March 2019.
Resolution 2 in the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00am tomorrow, 31 October 2019, is for the election of Mr. Shawn Wang as a director of the Company. Accordingly, the Company advises that Resolution 2 is withdrawn from the business of the meeting.
