Kanadario Gold Inc. Announces Changes to the Board

Vancouver, Nov. 19, 2019 – Kanadario Gold Inc. (TSXV: KANA) (the “Company” or “Kanadario”) announces that Carrie Cesarone has been appointed a director of the Company. Ms. Cesarone has worked in the public markets sector for many years, first as a paralegal for several well-known securities lawyers and then as a paralegal consultant to numerous public and private companies. She currently sits on the Board of Gatling Exploration Inc. and is Corporate Secretary of Pacton Gold Inc. and BlueBird Battery Metals Inc. Ms. Cesarone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University.
The Company also announces that Leigh Hughes has resigned as a director. The Company thanks Mr. Hughes for his efforts and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
