Toronto, February 28, 2020 - Pasofino Gold Limited (TSXV: VEIN) (FSE: N071) ("Pasofino" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Darryl Levitt has been appointed as a director of the Company, effective as of February 28, 2020. Mr. Levitt's appointment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company also announces that Fiona Fitzmaurice has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and the Company is presently searching for a new Chief Financial Officer.
