Mr. Peck acquired the common shares in a private placement offering by CTEC on April 15, 2020 resulting in ownership of 2,450,000 common shares of the Company representing approximately 13.2% of the issued and outstanding voting securities of the Company on a non?diluted basis. Mr. Peck acquired the shares for investment purposes only. Mr. Peck intends to review his holdings on a continuing basis and such holdings may be increased or decreased in the future.
