Sydney, Australia - Theta Gold Mines Ltd. (ASX:TGM) (OTCMKTS:TGMGF) is pleased to report on its activities for the period from 1 April 2020 to 30 June 2020.

The Company has made good progress in bringing the Theta Project towards production. The incountry team is operational and currently busy planning geotechnical work programs, progressing the tender process for the plant build, finalizing permit documents and planning trial mining box cuts towards the end of the year. Over the next two quarters the Company expects to derisk phase 1 of the Theta Open Pit Starter Project.
