Opus One Resources Announces Grant of Stock Options to Directors
MONTREAL, Aug. 14, 2020 - Opus One Resources Inc. (the “Company” or “OPUS ONE”) – (TSX Venture Exchange: OOR), announces the grant under the Company’s stock option plan of 4,350,000 stock options to its directors, management team and consultants. The stock options entitle their holders to purchase the same number of common shares of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of 5 years ending on August 12, 2025 (the “Options”).
The Company’s directors were granted 2,350,000 Options, and two consultants of the Company were granted 2,000,000 Options.
Reminder: Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders
- The Company would also like to remind its shareholders (the “Shareholders”) that its annual and special general meeting (the “Meeting”) will be held on August 27, 2020 at 1:00 PM, solely by means of remote communication, rather than in person, at the time and for the purposes set forth in the attached Notice of Meeting available on SEDAR under the Company’s profile.
Due to the public health impact of the coronavirus disease 2019, also known as COVID-19, and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our community, Shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, the Company is conducting a virtual meeting of the Shareholders of the Company. Shareholders will not be able to attend the Meeting in person.
Instead, registered shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders can virtually attend, participate, vote or submit questions at the virtual Meeting online by registering at the following link:
