Altus Strategies Plc; Director Dealings & PDMR Notification
DIDCOT, Sept 10, 2020 - Altus Strategies Plc (AIM: ALS & TSX-V: ALTS) announces that it was informed on 10 September 2020 of the following director share dealings: - on 10 September 2020, Robert Milroy (Non-Executive Director) via Milroy Capital Ltd. acquired 11,564 Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 68.6p per share; and
- on 9 September 2020, Robert Milroy (Non-Executive Director), purchased a total of 1,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 65.0 p per share via Milroy Capital Ltd.
Following the transactions as described above, Milroy Capital Ltd.'s total shareholding in the Company has increased to 400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
