Advance Notice of Tethyan Resource Closing Date and Extension of Arrangement Agreement

Vancouver, Sept. 30, 2020 - Tethyan Resource Corp. (TSXV: TETH) ("Tethyan") is pleased to announce that it has met the final substantive Condition Precedent to set a Closing Date pursuant to the Arrangement Agreement with Adriatic Metals Plc ("Adriatic"), and as such the anticipated Closing Date is 2 October 2020. As a result of this Adriatic and Tethyan have entered into a Letter of Amendment extending the Outside Date for closing the transaction to 9 October 2020, as the Arrangement originally contemplated a 30 September 2020 Outside Date.Closing of the Arrangement is subject to obtaining final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange and London Stock Exchange, as well as customary conditions to closing. Tethyan will apply to delist the common shares of Tethyan from the TSX Venture Exchange following closing.
