Jiulian Resources Inc. Announces Name Change to South Atlantic Gold and New Symbol “SAO“
As of the Effective Date, the Company's website domain will be www.southatlanticgold.com. Shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with the change of name and share certificates bearing the name "Jiulian Resources Inc." remain valid and need not be exchanged.
The Company will have a CUSIP number of 83636L101 and the new ISIN is CA83636L1013.
