Lara Proposes to Extend the Expiry Date of Warrants
Vancouver, January 27, 2021 - Lara Exploration Ltd. (TSXV: LRA) ("Lara"), proposes to extend the expiry date of 2,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") that were issued pursuant to the Company's March 26, 2019 private placement. The Warrants are exercisable into common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.70 per common share and due to expire on March 26, 2021. The Company will seek acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of the Warrants for an additional twelve months to March 26, 2022. All other terms of the Warrants will remain the same.
