Megawatt Mobilizes for IP Survey at Cobalt Hill
VANCOUVER, June 7, 2021 - MegaWatt Lithium and Battery Metals Corp. (CSE: MEGA) (FSE: WR20) (OTC PINK: WALRF) (the "Company" or "Megawatt") announces that SJ Geophysics of Delta, BC has mobilized to conduct a 3D Induced Polarity Survey (IP) at the Company's Cobalt Hill Project. Cobalt Hill consists of eight mineral claims covering an area of approximately 1,727.43 hectares located in the Trail Creek Mining Division near Castlegar in the Province of British Columbia.
The survey consists of 22.8 line kilometres and is intended to test a large gold soil anomaly. The scope of the survey was upgraded to also test a copper-cobalt occurrence when this type of mineralization was sampled on the property.
The survey is expected to be completed over the next weeks, the results will be interpreted for the purposes of defining drill targets for first phase drilling.
