Mantaro Silver Corp. Changes Name to Mantaro Precious Metals Corp.

VANCOUVER, Nov. 4, 2021 - Mantaro Precious Metals Corp. (TSXV: MNTR) (OTCQB: MSLVF) (FSE: 9TZ) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from "Mantaro Silver Corp." to "Mantaro Precious Metals Corp." The Company's common shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under its new stock symbol MNTR effective November 4, 2021.

The CUSIP number assigned to the Company's shares following the name change will be 56450P 10 1. No action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the name change. Certificates representing common shares of under the old name will not be affected by the name change and will not need to be exchanged.
