(CSE:CRES) (CNSX:CRES.CN) (OTC:CRSTF) ("Crest" or the "Company") announces that, effective February 15, 2022, MNP LLP, Chartered Accountants have been appointed as the Company's auditor until the next annual general meeting of the Company.
