Vancouver, Feb. 16, 2022 - Forty Pillars Mining Corp. (the “Company” or “Forty Pillars”) (CSE:PLLR) announces that February 22, 2022 will be the effective date of the Company’s share consolidation on the basis of 2 old for one new share. The name of the Company will not be changed and the trading symbol will remain the same. The Company’s 28,985,174 outstanding common shares will be consolidated into approximately 14,492,587 outstanding shares. The post-consolidated common shares will have a new CUSIP: 349801209 / ISIN CA3498012093.The Company’s transfer agent, Endeavor Trust Corporation will not be sending a letter of transmittal for the consolidation as only one position was certificated, but will send new DRS advices reflecting the consolidation to all shareholders holding DRS.
