LaSalle Exploration Announces Receipt of Final Court Approval to Arrangement with Harfang Exploration

Regulatory Approval
The Transaction remains subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") and is expected to close in mid April upon completion of all required filings and approvals. Following completion of the Transaction, LaSalle's shares will be delisted from the TSXV. An application will also be made for the Company to cease to be a reporting issuer in the applicable jurisdictions upon closing of the Transaction.
