Greystar Resources Ltd.: Notice of Meeting
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/19/10 -- Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Greystar Resources Ltd. (TSX: GSL)(AIM: GSL) (the 'Company') will be held at the offices of Bull, Housser & Tupper LLP, Evergreen/Fir Boardroom, 30th Floor, 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. PDT, for the following purposes:
(a) To receive the financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009 together with the report of the auditors thereon;
(b) To appoint auditors;
(c) To determine the number of directors at six;
(d) To elect directors;
(e) To consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the Amended and Restated Shareholder Plan Agreement of the Company; and
(f) To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
The following documents were mailed on April 1, 2010, and pursuant to Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, will also be made available on the Company website www.greystarresources.com on that date:
