Forsys Trading Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/11/10 -- At the request of Market Surveillance, on behalf of the Toronto Stock Exchange, Forsys Metals Corp ('Forsys' or the 'Company') (TSX: FSY)(FRANKFURT: F2T)(NSX: FSY) wishes to issue a statement that the Company is not aware of any material undisclosed development that would cause recent movements in the Company's share price.

The Company confirms that, further to its press release on March 9, 2010, it is continuing to work with its financial advisors Morgan Stanley & Co. Limited ('Morgan Stanley') to review strategic options for the development of the Valencia uranium project. An update will be provided on this process at the end of June or earlier as may be necessary.
