U3O8 Corp. Shareholders Approved All Matters at Annual & Special Meeting

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/24/10 -- U3O8 Corp. (TSX VENTURE: UWE), a Canadian-based company focused on uranium exploration and resource expansion in South America, announced the results of its 2010 Annual and Special Meeting held earlier today.

A total of 15,701,512 shares were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting, representing about 29% of U3O8 Corp's outstanding common shares. Shareholders of the Corporation approved the following resolutions:

--  the re-election of Dr. Keith Barron, Mr. Bryan Coates, Mr. David
Constable, Mr. Sheldon Inwentash, Mr. Richard Patricio and Mr. Stewart
Taylor as directors of the Corporation for the ensuing year;

--  the re-appointment of KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of
the Corporation;

--  the confirmation of the Corporation's stock option plan; and

--  approval to change the Corporation's name to such name as may be
authorized and approved by the directors.
