Faraday Copper to Commence Trading on the TSX on November 3, 2022
VANCOUVER, November 2, 2022 - Faraday Copper Corp. ("Faraday" or the "Company") (CSE:FDY)(OTCQX:CPPKF) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release on October 21, 2022, its common shares have been approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") and will commence trading at market open on November 3, 2022 under the symbol "FDY". Accordingly, the common shares of the Company will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") on November 3, 2022, upon commencement of trading on the TSX.
Shareholders are not required to exchange their share certificates or take any other action in connection with the TSX listing, as there will be no change in the trading symbol or CUSIP for the common shares.
