Homeland Energy Confirms Rescission Period
TORONTO, CANADA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/07/10 -- Homeland Energy Group Ltd. (TSX: HEG) ('Homeland' or the 'Company') advises that, further to the press release of July 2, 2010 the Company has forwarded the amended prospectus to rights holders via prepaid mail. Any person who exercised their rights as part of the Company's Rights Offering (see Press Release dated June 2 and June 9, 2010) may elect to rescind their rights subscription by no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on July 9, 2010. Persons who have exercised their rights should contact their relevant investment broker for further instructions.
