Vancouver, British Columbia -- (Marketwire - May 10, 2010) - United Mining Group, Inc. (the "Company"), (CNSX: UMG) wishes to announce that the Company has granted 2,800,000 incentive stock options to certain directors and officers. The options are exercisable at $0.80 per share and will expire on May 10, 2015. Such options will be subject to the vesting schedule as per the Company's stock option plan.About United Mining Group
